Basically, you RP as the ruler of a nation. But it's not limited, you're free to RP as warriors, traders, officials, citizens, farmers, or whoever you want to RP as, however your main character is the ruler of your nation.
You, like everyone else, will begin with a single town. In this town you will be given an Army. Armies are custom-made groups of soldiers that you get to choose.
You would lead your Armies in battles to either defend your towns or to attack other towns. By taking a town, you then get to create a new Army. The more Armies you have, the more stronger your nation grows.
Battles are not won by luck, but rather by strategy and tactics. There are three different types of units, and they work in a 'Rock-Paper-Scissors' triangle, with each one having an advantage, and a disadvantage. The goal to winning a battle is by effectively using the correct units at the right time and countering the opposing force. Battles may also be won by utilizing the terrain to further increase the effectiveness of your Army.
The RP not only involves battles, but also has emphasis on Diplomacy, be it by persuasion or by force.
What do you think? Interesting or not? It deviates strongly from traditional RP elements, but I hope it is good.
